3. Payments & Refunds

  • We process all payments through Stripe, which supports PayPal and iDeal.
  • All payments are one-time payments, and access to courses lasts for 12 months.
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee (no questions asked).
  • We may change our prices at any time, but this applies only to new customers.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content (videos, audio, text, files) is owned by Stllnss and is protected by copyright laws.
  • Users receive a license to access and consume content but do not own any part of it.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly forbidden.

5. User Conduct & Restrictions

Users must not:

  • Copy, share, or resell course materials.
  • Attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit the platform.
  • Use our content for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund, and legal action may be taken.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  • No warranties: We do not guarantee that our content is error-free or will meet all expectations.
  • Service availability: We are not responsible for downtime, service interruptions, or technical issues.
  • Accuracy: We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of course content.

Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not handle or store sensitive payment details—this is managed by Stripe.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
